Beef Bulgogi

One of the most famous Korean dishes outside Korea.
Easy to prepare and easy to approach for those who prefer mild flavors.

The Ingredients

The Steps
Add 4 spoons of sugar and 2 spoons of corn syrup to the beef sirloin.

Add plum extract (I actually used calamasi honey instead), 3 spoons of minced garlic, 12 spoons of soy sauce, and a little pepper, and mix until the seasoning is absorbed.

Add 1 spoon of sesame oil here, knead, and wait for 30 minutes.

While waiting, prepare the vegetables and mushrooms.

Add all the vegetables to the marinated meat, add 2 more spoons of sesame oil, mix, and cook over high heat.

Serve with rice and enjoy!
※ If you want to get rid of the beef smell, add 1 S of white wine while cooking!
