Spicy Pork Belly

A very famous and commonly served dish in Korea, be it in a restaurant or at home!

The Steps

Prepare the ingredients

Put together the seasoning ingredients

Make sure the seasoning ingredients are well mixed.

Chop the green onions and green peppers diagonally and slice the onions into 1cm thick pieces.

Please cut the pork into bite-sized pieces.

Add the prepared seasoning sauce to the meat and mix.

You can stir-fry it right after seasoning, but if you leave it in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to let the seasoning soak in, it will be even more delicious.

Add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil and green onions to the pan and fry over high heat for about 3 minutes to release the green onion oil.

Add the seasoned meat

Stir-fry over medium heat until the meat is fully cooked. It will be fully cooked in about 8 minutes.

Add onions and the spicy green peppers.

Stir-fry for about 2 minutes on high heat, then turn off the heat.

Finally, sprinkle sesame seeds and your delicious stir-fried pork is complete.
